Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Ladies Lair is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ladies Lair will contact you with alternative options.
All orders are dispatched via courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for a return or refund.
Packages must be opened and checked before signing for receipt of items. Signed P.O.D’s is proof that items have been received in good order.
Products not eligible for return :
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:
- Sale items
- Items bought using a voucher / coupon
- Special offers
- Personal Care products which have been used
- Products that have been opened
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you will be liable for the cost of having the product returned to you.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
An order can be cancelled free of charges, if payment has not yet been made by the customer and has not yet reflected in the Ladies Lair banking account.
Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, but before dispatching, the cancellation will be subjected to a 20% handling fee of the retail price of the goods in question or R100, whichever amount is the greater, immediately deductible before the refund occurs.
If a product (not including intimate goods) is not what you ordered or is damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform Ladies Lair within 7 working days of receiving the product. We will conduct an investigation to determine whether the situation requires a replacement of the product or a refund in the form of a Ladies Lair voucher. Should the item need to be returned to Ladies Lair,it must be done within 3 working days at the cost of the customer.
Intimate Goods Return and Refunds Policy
All intimate goods cannot be returned once used.
Given the intimate nature of the goods, and in the interest of public health and hygiene, Ladies Lair shall not be obliged to accept return of any intimate goods under any circumstances, save for manufacturing defects. Notwithstanding, Ladies Lair may at it’s sole discretion accept return of such goods as are intact in their original unopened manufacturer’s packaging and the customer may under such circumstances receive a refund subject to a handling fee of 20% of the retail price of the goods in question or R100, whichever amount is the greater
The customer shall be entitled to return, at their cost, goods that have failed due to manufacturing or material defects and shall be entitled at the companies election to either receive a replacement product of identical or similar nature free of charge or to be refunded the full purchase price of such item/s in the form of a Ladies Lair voucher.

We offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us and return the product within 7 days of receipt of said product/s. It is at the customers cost that goods are returned to Ladies Lair. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and should be resalable.
